Join Le Cordon Bleu trained chef, Reva Haselkorn, to make seasonal pasta dishes featuring produce from the farm. Learn to make fresh pasta with pastured farm eggs, seasonal fall fillings and sauces and build technique to take home to your own kitchen. We will taste as we go and sit down to eat together as part of the class. This class combines demonstration and hands-on participation. The exact menu will be determined based on seasonal availability but may include Winter Squash Ravioli with Brown Butter Sage Sauce and Pappardelle with Arugula Pesto and Roasted Radishes.

Fee: $55 General Public; $50 Friend of the Farm

Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult. Pre-registration is required.
