Saturday Farm Sprouts

A weekend special version of our regular program, come and explore the farm to see what may be growing, sing songs, share a book and participate in a fun craft activity.

1st Saturday of the month: October 6, November 3, December 1, 2018, 10:00-11:00AM

October is all about APPLES! Explore the orchard and taste your way to your new favorite variety.

In November, we prepare for Thanksgiving with an investigation of CORN!

We'll stay cozy in December as we prepare decorations for the holiday season and enjoy tea and cocoa for story time in the barn.

Fee: $11 per child/per class (no charge for caregivers)

Location: Newton Community Farm, 303 Nahanton Steet. Class will meet on the colorful mat near the learning garden or in the big red barn in bad weather.

Suitable for ages 2.5 to 5 years old with a caregiver. All prices are per child and children must be accompanied by an adult with a maximum of 3 children per adult. Pre-registration is required.

Parking: Please do NOT park in the farm driveway. There is street parking available on Winchester Street. Thank you.
