Little Diggers: Session 3

Get dirty, have fun and be prepared to be amazed by what you uncover in our Little Diggers program. Each session has its own unique farm-based theme to develop curiosity, and foster a deeper connection with the natural world. Daily activities include: digging, planting, weeding; harvesting produce for scrumptious snacks, and setting up and managing a farm stand. Plant, bring home, and care for your choice of seed. It’s the perfect recipe for summer fun.

Session 3:  Machines of the farm are the focus of the week. Identify a range of machines that we use on the farm, from small to large, investigate how they help us and put your thinking cap on as we design, make and test our own mechanical creations.
