Learn how to use light and composition to tell the story of your food from seed to plate and beyond. Join Karyn Novakowski, award-winning photographer, in a hands-on photography workshop. We will explore different types of photography including: landscape, still life, environmental portrait, food, and macro (extreme close-up), to become better storytellers.

A DSLR is recommended but a camera phone will suffice.
Class is designed to be accessible and enjoyable to photographers with a range of experience and ability. 
Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult. 
Registration is required.

Location: Newton Community Farm, 303 Nahanton Steet. Class will meet on the barn deck or in the big red barn depending on the weather. Class will meet rain or shine!

Parking: Please do NOT park in the farm driveway. There is street parking available on Winchester or Nahanton Street. Thank you.
