Join us online with NCF's Jay Vilar as he prepares seasonal pasta dishes. Learn to make fresh pasta with eggs, bright spring fillings and sauces and build technique to use in your own kitchen. The exact menu will be determined based on seasonal availability but may include Ravioli with Sauteed Asparagus and Farfalle with Arugula and Peas.

Fee: $55

Location: ONLINE CLASS - Registrants will receive instructions by email on how to sign in closer to the event date.
