Farm Tuesdays: Back to School

Ages: 7 - 11

This program for elementary-school kids meets weekly on early-release Tuesday afternoons. Kids will harvest from the learning garden, care for our chickens and help prepare the garden for the colder weather. Rain or shine we'll spend most of the afternoon outdoors learning about the farm, working in the garden, playing games and making snacks.

3-week session meets Tuesdays 1:30-3:00PM, September 10, 17, & 24.

Fee: $60 per child

Join our Friend of the Farm program at the Seed Sower ($70) level or above and receive 10% off children & family programs in 2019.

You must join the Friend of the Farm program before registering to receive the discount. All discounts are applied at checkout.

Location: Newton Community Farm, 303 Nahanton Steet. Drop-off and pickup are in the big red barn.

Suitable for ages 7 to 11 years old. All prices are per child. Registration is required.

Parking: Please do NOT park in the farm driveway. There is street parking available on Winchester Street. Thank you.
